Breast Milk Is My New Post-Workout Drink! 🍼🤣

Welcome back for the 15th episode of The Beardsmen. This podcast is our opportunity to sit down with you all and answer any questions you may have, and just talk about the experience of being a man in the world today. As we say at the opening of each episode this is where we talk, mock, and never walk away from the conversation.

In this episode Spence and Nate gross Mink out with their take on the taste and power of breast milk.  And Mink shares the importance of day-to-day fundamentals and the compound interest of execution.

This Week's Questions:

Why is my beard red but the hair on my head isn’t?

How do you screen, interview, and welcome the best hires to your company?

What's the psychology behind some men feeling the need to shave every day? Societal pressure?

Do Better Dude Of The Week

In 2003, Judge John Phillips decided to find a better way to help all the minors he had sent through the California penitentiary system.

He started a vocational training facility, culinary academy, and private school called Rancho Cielo that only works with at-risk youth, or youth living below the poverty line.

Each year, 220 students attend Rancho Cielo, and while some don’t make it, 84.8% of first-time offenders who enroll at Rancho Cielo never re-offend, compared to the 40% recidivism rate in the county.

Well done Judge Phillips. Well done!
